Hello. I'm facing an issue where an automatic subscription was made this morning at 11 am from Adobe Stock TRIAL, that I don't need nor made. I might have faced technical issue that caused the trial but not subscribing to the plan. Please I require a soon refund.
Do I understand you correctly: You took a subscription of Adobe stock (30 days free to try) and this morning, after the end of the 30 days, your account got charged, and you want to cancel?
You will be able to self cancel during the first 14 days of your (paid) subscription without fee. Cancel your Adobe Stock membership After cancelling, a refund will be initiated.
If that does not work, you can contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
