Bad Experience felt scammed by adobe

I am new in this and was just trying to learn somthing new i signed up for trial version for photoshop  month to month i forgot to cancel it now i want to cancel my plan and they are charging me 126.45$ just to cancel .I was naive i didnt completey understand their policy for that mistake i have to have this loss same on these customer service i tried my best to tell them my suitation and they couldnt do nothing really disappointed.For a jobless person like me 126.45$ is a lot i will never use adobe my whole life even i have money later on.

A photoshop trial is 7 days and if not cancelled will continue as a one year subscription. If cancelled in the first 14 days of your annual paid plan, you are eligible for a refund. After that, you need to pay half of the remaining due as an early termination fee. The alternative is to take a more expensive monthly plan. That one can be cancelled anytime without a fee.

That are the terms and conditions that you agreed upon, and those were the terms and conditions you got mailed the moment you took the plan. You need to read those terms and conditions. They are only two computer screens long.

I'm sorry for your situation, and you can be angry at yourself for not checking the plan you took. But you really can't blame Adobe for your situation.
