i'm being charged twice a month for one account. how do i contact someone at adobe? this is ridiculous!

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. To manage your subscriptions you will want to sign into Account Management with the account your subscriptions are under. https://account.adobe.com
