Benötige Zugriff auf Fotolia-Käufe

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe 2018 und davor Fotos bei fotolia gekauft, wofür ich nun gerne noch einen Nachweis hätte. Meine alten Zugangsdaten zu Fotolia habe ich, aber damit kann ich auf https://stock.adobe.com/de/fotolia/login mein Fotolia-Konto nicht mit AdobeStock verknüpfen. "Kennwort vergessen" und "Login vergessen" schickt mir keine E-Mail. Was kann ich noch tun?

Hi @Anna28458259ujc9 - if you could provide us the asset id for which you need the proof , we can share the proof of licensing. Unfortunately this is a manual process. It's impossible for us to generate all the records for now. but if you have a few asset ids we can share the proof for those.

Hi Riya123,

thank you very much for your answer! Actually I sent my former customer id as well as an invoice number  to @WendellaBee a couple of days ago but did not get any answer. I will send it to you again next week as I am out of the office at the moment.

Da kann nur Adobe helfen, ewntuell der Kundendienst. Ansonsten musst Du warten bis eventuell @Liza5C0C oder @Riya123  hierauf reagieren.

 

Fotolia wurde vor Jahren abgeschaltet. Eventuell bereitet die automatische Synchronisation heute Probleme.
