    As this is stock:

    • The 30-day test plan converts automatically into a one-year subscription, if not cancelled before the end of the month.
    • The first 14 days of your paid plan, you can still cancel, and you will get refunded.
    • Thereafter, you have a one-year subscription that gets automatically renewed. You can cancel anytime by paying half of the remaining due.

That is as such in the conditions and terms that you did accept.

You need first to pay the outstanding amount and then you can cancel. If you get in trouble with that, use the contacts from @kglad to contact customer care.

If you have a plan on the month, pay the outstanding amount and cancel. That plan renews each month.

either pay your invoice or cancel your plan.

you can check your account here, https://account.adobe.com

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    phone:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

    twitter:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

With Adobe Stock subscriptions, you have the assets only while you pay. If you cancel or don't pay, you lose everything (except images already chosen and downloaded). Also, you must pay the cancellation fee - it's an annual plan.

    Hi 28843849xyaf,

please be aware that this is mainly a user-to-user forum, with only a limited amount of Adobe employees present. We are not able to help you directly with any billing, account or subscription issues. You will need to contact Adobe Customer Care for assistance:

The link above will open a chat window. Type "Agent" into the chat box to bypass the chatbot and get connected to a real person.
