Bilder über Abo bezahlen

Hallo,

ich habe ein Test-Abo gebucht und wollte nun 2 Bilder herunterladen. Wenn ich sie kaufe werde ich aber auf die Bezahlungsformulare weitergeleitet. Wie kann ich denn die Bezahlung über das Abo abwickeln?

Freue mich über schnelle Hilfe.

    Hi Susanne,

    I apologize for the late reply. I see that you are subscribed to the 3 images a month plan and that at the time you wrote to us you had used up your three standard licenses and your renewal had not yet occurred. You will be prompted for payment when your license count is zero or if you try to license an asset that is not a standard asset.

    Hello EBQ,

    what will happen if I don't use all 3 pictures at the month. Will I lose it or can I transfer it to the next month?

    Hi Susanne,

    The 3 images a month, month-to-month subscription, allows you to rollover your unused license quota from month to month up to 36 licenses. Accrued licenses expire one year after they are granted to you. Once you license an image/asset it will appear in your license history even after you cancel your subscription.
