Billed but no plan in my account and I want to cancel.

Hi

 

I have been billed for Adobe Stock but when I login to my account there is no plan and therefore I am unable to cancel. How do I get support to fix this? There doesn't seem to be any support option to talk to real people so I can cancel.

I don't see any Adobe subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com
