Question

Billed for trial despite cancelling on the same day

I cannot for the life of my figure out how to contact support as I've been sent on a wild goose chase to look at help articles which have not helped me resolve this issue at all.

I signed up for a trial to Adobe Stock as I could not licence any images with my company account despite having the full Adobe Creative Cloud membership and cancelled it immediately after my manager kindly allowed me to access his account. However, I have still been charged for the trial despite cancelling and not licencing any images. When I look on my account for invoices or billing information it appears blank but no refund has been issues.

Having seen other threads from others claiming they were still being billed for their cancelled trial, I would like to avoid this and seek a refund for a service I did not utilise which is in line with Adobe's policy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com

Elizabeth, in addition to John's suggestions please make sure that you are logged in under the account that the purchase was made under.  There are no subscriptions or purchases under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

I also have access to this account and no such subscription or purchase appears but my account has been billed for the trial

The subscription is not under the email address you are using here on the forum. If you have another email address you used to sign up you'll need to sign in with that account to cancel or when you contact customer care.
