I was Billed on September 13 for my plan (3 assets per month). As of October 7. I have zero credits. I am curious how do I get an anwer and what am I paying for?

Chat driven by AI was worthless. Logged into account today and I have credits for two months. They were NOT there in September when I should have had three nor were they there when I started this thread.  So is it resoved I guess. Did I get answers no.
