Blank Useless Image download from Adobe Stock

I downloaded image: AdobeStock_2029669428.ai from Adobe Stock. I used one credit. When I opened the file, I got a message that the traced image is missing. The file is completely blank. I would like a refund of my credit. How can I do that? I'm not getting ANY useful response from the chatbot.

    What is the punishment you give to contributors for such mistakes? Do you suspend their portfolio? Because recently, such "fake vectors" have been seen all over Adobe stock. The number of complaints about them is also increasing day by day.

    I completely agree Sehan. There needs to be some sort of punishment. I have downloaded vector images from Adobe Stock that were extremely sloppy. It looks like an amateur trace of another vector. This very well may be serious copyright infringement. Here are just a couple examples: AdobeStock_2034192477.svg and AdobeStock_2000847573.ai.

    @Contributor1

    Can you take a look at this?

    @bakerdesignworks,

    Sorry for your frustrating experience. You can reach out to Adobe Customer Support and ask for a credit refund.

    https://account.adobe.com/

    Click the chat icon and ask for an AGENT.

    Failing that, you can reach out to Adobe Care on Twitter/X or Instagram:

    Hope that helps.
