I also want to mention that I have not downloaded, opened, or accessed the image at any point.
I truly hope Adobe can verify this on their end. 😞

Hello @Kathrin32007072kq9e, sorry about the issue. I don't normally handle this type of license. Please reach out to customer care with the details below:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.

Okay in case anyone is reading this: i messaged the artist directly because ofc its sunday night and the adobe people are offline and I'm in panic. So I just told her about the situation .. she didnt receive any money so far (i tried to cancel the process immediately) so idk if that was enough..? She told me to contact adobe so I'm here hoping for the best. I found some cases where cancellation was possible so I really hope we can find a solution. 😞

The artist can't do anything about this.

And there is no cancellation possible, but sometimes Adobe refunds on a goodwill basis. You have confirmed the purchase, as any purchase that costs more than one plan credit will ask for a conbfirmation.

What is the picture ID?

Thank you for your response Abambo!

The image ID is 1517558206.

I want to emphasize again that this was truly an accident. My screen froze completely, and my mouse pointer was no longer visible. I clicked once in an attempt to unfreeze the system — but I couldn’t even see where I was clicking. I was completely shocked when I realized that this had somehow triggered a purchase.

Honestly, I’ve never seen a platform where a single, invisible and unintended click could lead to a €200 transaction, without any further confirmation or warning.

I really hope that Adobe might offer a cancellation here as a gesture of goodwill. I’ve always had very positive experiences with Adobe, and I would be truly grateful if this could be resolved.

Best regards,
Kathrin Told
