Bought an image by mistake

Hello! My network was very bad and stock.adobe.com freezed and when it came back to normal, I had a message saying I had bought an image and I could download it. So I refused to download it, but the image was already bought. Is there a possibility to cancel it? Thank you very much!

Hello @Vani_100, I have bought the Adobe Stock asset #444713087 by mistake. My network was very bad and stock.adobe.com freezed and when it came back to normal, I had a message saying I had bought an image and I could download it. So I refused to download it, but the image was already bought. Is there a possibility to cancel it? Thank you very much!

You could also ask Adobe customer care: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Thank you for your reply. I think all this is lost energy. There is no real Adobe support. The chat bot only answers to very simple/basic questions. But that's okay, it's only a bot. I'm an Adobe client since almost four years. I pay 80 euros a month for Adobe Stock and the Creative Cloud, but there is not a single human being working for Adobe that can help me out.
