Bought design thinking it was a template

Hi,

I bought a design thinking that it was a template that I could edit. It was this one:

https://stock.adobe.com/ie/search?load_type=search&native_visual_search=&similar_content_id=&is_recent_search=&search_type=usertyped&k=menu&asset_id=197265238

I am gonna look for "menu template" from now on. But this is of absolutely no use to me. Can I get a refund?

Thanks!

Hi francescortiz,

This does seem like an honest mistake. Please delete the file if you have downloaded it and remove it from any libraries. I have granted you a replacement credit.

The description does NOT indicate it is a Template.

Search for InDesign Food Menu Template, you'll probably have better success.

Just think about my situation: I am developer, I pay adobe license for almost no use, just as a sporadic hobbist. This is not my area of expertise. I made a mistake in my first purchase. This is a totally not engaging experience.

Hi francescortiz,

The file can be edited in Illustrator. The Illustrator community can give you some tips on how to edit.

Hi,

All the texts are traced. I was expecting editable text boxes.

No refund anyway?
