Bought wrong image

Hi!

I accidentally bought the wrong image #142125710 and have not downloaded it. I was suppose to buy # 142125679​. Is there any possibility to redo my purchase of the first picture?

    I apologize for the troubles that you've faced on our Stock website in licensing the images.

    Unfortunately there is no way to undo the purchase that has been made once, therefore I've added 1 license in your account to use it against a different image.

    Sheena, I have the same problem, my client sent me a link to the image I should buy, I bought it and downloaded. It turned out that the link they sent me was copied from another image and they claim that it re-directs to the wrong image (that I bought).

    The link was Beauty Woman Portrait with clean skin. Professional Makeup for Brunette. Beautiful Fashion Model Girl. Perfect Skin Cont…

    It was supposed to go to the image #198220168 but instead it leads to the image #195313233 that I bought.

    So, in short, is there any way we can switch the images? Please help.
