Bought wrong image from Adobe Stock

Hello,

Unfortunately, we bought a wrong picture by mistake: #226506301

Is there any way to reverse this purchase or return the licence?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Many greetings from Germany

I was on chat and directed here. I downloaded the incorrect image and need to credit it back. I am not the account owner, just an employee. Here's the information: AdobeStock_462077964_Editorial_Use_Only.jpeg

    Hi @Khilton,

Did you receive a transcription of your chat? Would you be able to send it to me please? You can direct message me and paste in the chat transcript.

This is a user forum monitored by members of the Adobe Stock team and my expectation would be that you would have been connected to customer care so I'm looking for what happened within your chat, as that would have been the quickest way to resolve this for you.

That being said, I see that you have an Adobe Stock subscription and I've granted you a replacement license.
