I licensed this asset:

But when I put my design in the result is distorted and unusable. Is there a way to get assistance from the creator, Medialoot?

Hello, I turned off the "Displace" filter and it looks like the distortion went away on my test. Possibly disabling this filter will resolve the issue for you?
