Hi,

I licensed image 394497114 but it's far too small and have very low resolution. In other words: The picture is not good enough quality, and I can not use this.

I see there is possible to buy a bigger version of the picture. Can I please be credited back to my account so I can buy the bigger version?

You will need to contact Adobe customer care for this. It's an image from the Premium collection. They are offered at a smaller and a higher resolution. Non Premium images are always offered at the higest available resolution.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

Please check the number of pixels in the low resolution file that you have. What is its size in pixels? Is there an Adobe Stock watermark on it?
