Buying a logo product

If you read the licensing terms, you will see that you can't use assets as your logo and register it somewhere, as you will never have the exclusive right to use the asset. And after licensing, the asset will still be available to others to license. 

In additinion, and that is responsibility from Adobe, any stock asset marked as logo in the title is misleading and should be removed. But this is my personal opinion only.
