Buying licences for a customer of my company

Hello,

I am currently registered as a single (private) person and work for a company that creates content for a museum. I want to buy licences (HD video footage) on behalf of my customer, a museum. Is it possible to buy the licences for their use? Do I need to name my customer somewhere, when purchasing the licence or video? What else would need to be considered or to do when puying licences for my customer? Thanks in advance!

They need to accept Adobe's terms and conditions, or they need to accept your terms and conditions, if they are at least as stringent as Adobe's.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee)..
