Cambie el plan y Perdi creitos anteriores

Cambien el plan, tenia como 200 creditos acumulados y cuando se actualizo me saco los creditos que tenia anteriormente y por los cuales ya habia pagado. Es correcto ? Los podre recuperar ?

The total number of credits that can accumulate on your Stock account is twice (2X) the annual credits available on that plan. Therefore, if you downgraded to a less expensive plan, it's possible that any credits in excess of 2X the new plan would have been deducted.

If you cancel or downgrade your plan, you lose accumulated credits. That is part of the terms.
