Question

Can I get a credit back after accidently licensing an image

Hi, I was trying to see how the licensing worked for Adobe stock images, and I accidently licenced one photo for a credit. I didn't want to, I don't want to license images, I'm mainly looking for videos. When I clicked license on videos there was more information, but when I clicked it on the image it just spent the credit with no warning. Is there a way to get a refund? Get this credit back? Thank you.

Was it a video? then you got asked a confirmation and you accepted that. Check with Adobe customer service, if they are willing to refund you the credits. If it was only an image with a standard licence, post the asset ID here.

Yeah, it was only an image with a standard license. #104787586

I did the same thing. I thought there would be licensing information given after clicking the link, but it just deducted a credit and auto-licensed the image. Bad form.
