Hello, I have an enhanced license with Adobe Stock where I’m purchasing videos, and I’d like to know if it’s legal to take still images from the purchased video and use them on web banners?

I've just found this thread from 2018 and it sounds like it is allowed. The adobe specialist mentions taking clippings from the video so it must be ok.

There is no issue with that. Please note that your licence will still be an enhanced licence. But for use in a web banner, that is amply enough.
