Hello,

I accidently licensed photo #78304054 when I meant to save it as a preview in my library. Is there any way to undo that?

Thank you,

Samantha

    Hi Scwoodruff,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same Adobe ID as with forums. As you mentioned that you have licensed an image accidentally, I've added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.

    Hope that helps.

Feel free to update the thread for any other concern.

    Please help,

I didn't know will cost me money to unlicensed stock photo since it is free for a month. I am a begginer and I licensed a photo. How can I get my money back?

    Hi Vasilica,

The 10 images free offer works when you subscribe to a Stock plan and we do not charge you the first month which means that you have 10 images in your account for free.

Unfortunately, the image which you have accidentally licensed cannot be unlicensed.

Would you mind sharing the File ID/ image ID so that I can help you further.

    Regards,

    Twarita

Would you please add a confirmation dialog?  The icon shows "add to cart".  So it looks like you are adding to your cart, NOT that you are making a final, non-refundable purchase.
