Can I use Adobe Stock footage in a video that itself generates no money, but the video itself is also advertising a product (CD) that promotes its purchase?

To elaborate, my friend would like me to make a lyric video for a song he wrote by himself and owns the rights to. I would like to use footage from Adobe Stock as the background. Is it against copyright laws and usage if the lyric video itself makes no money (i.e. not posted on YouTube, no ad revenue gained from views, etc.), but the lyric video itself promotes the purchase of the song?

Hi Drew,You are allowed to use the Adobe Stock footage as a background of lyric video provided you follow all the legal restriction terms, also the usage of the right type of license is required. You are required to add credits to the video as well.
