Question

Can I use Adobe Stock Free Images to make and Android Wallpaper Application?

I am an Android developer and I would like to make some of the beautiful free stock images available for people to use as wallpapers/homescreen backgrounds on their phones. My plan would be to make an app where these would be available. The app could be fully free, and therefore non-commercial, or if that were possible under the licencing terms, I might offer some in-app purchases.

In short I have two questions:

- Would I be allowed to make such an app if I made no profit from it?

- Would I be allowed to make such an app with in-app purchases?

Many thanks for letting me know. I have read the Licencing Terms but I was not too clear about my particular case.

This looks like a case where the image is really the justification for the person getting the product (it doesn't matter whether they pay; it's your choice whether to charge but the licensing requirements are the same as if you were selling it). In such a case you'd need an enhanced license, not a standard nor free license. Note: I am not a lawyer; this is not legal advice.
