Sure, you'll get a standard licence.

Yes, images downloaded from the Free Collection are subject to the same license terms as paid images. You can license the image for use for a single client. If you intend to use it for your own projects, as well as for a client project, you will need to,license it again.

Which is not possible for free assets. In that case, as the assets are free, the customer needs to license for them. Fot that, the only requirement is to have an Adobe ID. They should, however, keep that ID life or at least screenshot the licensing history for the case of copyright claims by internet trolls.
