Can't Access my 10 Free Images with Enterprise Account

Hello,

I have an account with my school, having signed up for my year through my institution, my college.

Looking to work with a specific image, I am attempting to cash in on one of my free images through Adobe Stock, but the wheel continues to spin and spin alongside "Please wait...".

What am I to do?

Do Enterprise Accounts have access to the 10 free images? My Creative Cloud sign in says I do.

Please help, my project is due soon.

Hi A.V.,

You can only use the 10 free images with the account that used to sign up for them. The entitlement is linked to your Adobe ID.
