Can't activate a redemption code - a code from a country or region that doesn't match your Adobe ID

I got a message in my Adobe contributer account saying “Congratulations! Click here to select and activate the Creative Cloud app.”

But I can't activate the code, I get the message “This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.”.

My account is registered in Israel and I'm in Italy. What can I do?
