Can't cancel a subscription I didn't ask for
Hello,
I don't know how you guys manage to do that but I've been enrolled in a yearly subscribtion plan charged 35€/month. I've already lost 35€ for nothing. Thankfully, I managed to block Adobe to take more of my money from my PayPal account, but now I can't even cancel my subscription.
I've seen that I'm supposed to pay a termination fee to cancel my subscription (well, I still don't even know how to do it). I'm really outraged. I've been using Adobe services for more than 10 years without a single problem, but THIS is a practice I can't cope with.
Please cancel my subscription and waive that termination fee the same way you did to others "forced customers".
