Can't Cancel Adobe Stock Free Trial – "Unable to Load Plans" Error

I signed up for the Adobe Stock free trial and linked my card, but now I’m trying to cancel before the trial ends. Every time I go to Manage Plans, I get an "Unable to load plans" error. I’ve tried:

  • Using different browsers and incognito mode

  • Clearing cache and cookies

  • Trying on both desktop and mobile

  • Contacting Adobe’s virtual assistant (which keeps looping me around)

I also can’t find an option to delete my account entirely. How can I cancel my subscription before I get charged? Is there a direct way to reach an actual support agent?

Hello @cebueditsfifty - it appears you were able to cancel. Let us know if you are still expiriencing the issue.

In the chat box type "agent" to reach a real, live person. You want to make sure your free trial is properly cancelled before it converts to a paid subscription.
