Hi everyone! my name is Ali I´ve got Adobe Illustrator for free, then upgraded my plan. When I wanted to cancel for the first time I thought I did, since the creative cloud told me to delete all my apps in my computer. Then Idk how, but I was suscribed to Adobe Stock. Now, I want to cancel and Adobe wants to charge me for that when I don't even know how I got this plan for starters. I can't contact anyone from Mexico's team (which is where I'm based) since any of their phone numbers are available nor functional. Please help! Adobe Rip Off!!

You took a stock plan with your Illustrator plan, and as you did not cancel it after the first month, free of charge, you now have an annual subscription to Adobe stock. You can cancel anytime by paying the early termination fee, which is half of the remaining due.
