Can't download a purchased image + returning an image

Hi.

I accidentally bought two standard licenses for image 126564007

Could you please cancel one of them? I dont want to lose one of my 10 free monthy licenses for this.

Also, I bought a license but can't download an image. Why is that?

    Hi Anna,

    In addition to Brad's question, I would like to inform you that I checked your account and saw that you licensed the image twice hence I am crediting 1 license to your account.

    You need to sign out and sign into your account and you will see the free credit.

    What do you mean by can't download an image? Are you getting an error or anything? Is it just one image you are having an issue with?
