Can't download free templates from adobe stock

Always getting "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock Server. Please try again". 

Getting tired with this inability to download the free templates.

I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro

Please help!

Is this all templates or one particular template? Can you download the file directly from the Adobe Stock website? If it is one particular file, what is the asset ID number?

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
