Can't download from Adobe Stock in vector format

Question

Hello,
 
I tried to downlaod two images from Adobe Stock in vector format to Illustrator - but in both cases I only got an image.
Here are the images:

Is this a bug? Can you please help?

Did you licence the asset? Previews get downloaded as a somewhat crippled file format. Like a pixel image embedded in an Illustrator file.

If you licenced the asset, it's probably not a bug. Check your settings:
