Can't download stock due to GeoFencing

I'm in the USA, We implement Geofencing which restrict access to only USA site. When tried to download stock, it tried to download from URL stock-apex-images-prod-ew1.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com which is in Ireland. This cause me not to able to download. I their a way to force the download to use USA IP address instead of EU?

I have no idea how Adobe (and Amazon) does its load balancing, but I suppose that your geofencing is not really securing you against attacks. Adobe publishes a list of end-nodes you should ask to get them whitelisted. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
