Can't license photos

I get this error everytime, and it says I have no plan.

If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode. Declining any Adobe Cookies may affect the presence of the chat feature.

The customer care team should check your information and can help you create a subscription. They may need to escalate your case to resolve it. Be sure to get a case number.
