Can't open the downloaded illustration: 49000633

Hi!

I have recently bought an image through Adobe Stock using up 1 credits, but it doesn't work.

I can’t open it.

Illustrator said: the illustration can not be opened. (I have tried it with other programs too, but nithing).

I had already downloaded several pictures before, never had a problem.

Hi Natalia,

I apologize for the delay in response.

I've got the file checked from the team and it appears to be corrupted from the back-end as well.

Since we cannot fix this file from our end, I've added 1 license to your account so that you can use it against this image and download a separate one.
