Can't save to library from Stock

PLEASE HELP.  Going on the 5th day.  It's really hampering my work.

I get NO response when trying to saving to library.  No message. Nothing.

I have about 200 pix.  4 libraries.  I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, logged in and out 5-6 times, turned on & off laptop twice.
