Can't upload a Fotolia property release

I've been trying to upload a property release for my current submissions.  When I try this I get error boxes saying :

"Your releases must be JPEG files", followed by :

"The title you entered does not fit our specifications (between 5 and 30 characters)"

Never had anything like this problem before.

I've tried release file titles 'ReleaseAAA.JPEG,',  'ReleaseAAA.jpg, 'Release_171007.jpg' and various other combinations.  Everything is rejected with the above error messages.

The .jpg file in question was created by Photoshop CC.  It opens fine with various image applications, but is invariably rejected by fotolia.

Is anyone else seeing this?  Any suggestions?

The problem has now been fixed by Fotolia.  The previously rejected release is now accepted.
