Can't use 2 images I downloaded today... why?

AdobeStock_210973945.aiAdobeStock_210974022.aiThey are both practically the same images just one is in bw which I downloaded first to use for a project but when I could do anything with it I downloaded the same image but in a color... same thing – I can open it but not do anything with it – seems like it is locked or something. Is it me?  I have not had anything like this before.. and even if it is for some strange reason locked, why would that be? Thanks for your help. I was hoping for a support Chat here... but hey...  *Sandra

Hi Sandra,I apologize for the issues that you're facing with these vector files. Could you please confirm which app are you trying to open the files with?Vector files (.ai) are supposed to be used open in Adobe Illustrator .Regards,Sheena
