good morning, I want cancel this plane. what I need to do?

    Hi Lorena,

    Sorry to hear that you facing issues while cancelling your Adobe Stock subscription.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 12th November 2018. The subscription has been suspended due to payment issues and that is the reason you are unable to self cancel your subscription.

    go to your plans on https://account.adobe.com/plans, choose your plan, push "Manage plan". There should be a cancel option.

    If there is no cancel option  Contact Customer Care .
