I have just bought 16 pictures, unfortunately I have downloaded one of them wrong (Silhouette man jumps get away from LOSE to the WIN with sunrise.), Can it be canceled?

Hi Helle,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel the purchase. However, I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

Hope this helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Hi Twarita

Can you help me again.

Adobe has started billing me for 220, - each month.
It seems that it's for 3 pictures every month, but I paid them as I used them, NOT as a subscription

Hi Helle,

I have checked your account details and noticed that you have an active Adobe Stock 3 images per month(month-month) plan, purchased on 04 Jun 2018. For this subscription you are being charged monthly (amount: 220.00 DKK).

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards,

Twarita
