Hi. I've canceled the subscription within 24 hours after the payment. I used trial but didn't cancel it in right time. I had the email that the subscription is canceled but I still haven't got the money (it is 1 week already). Pls, help!

    Hi there

    The Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post on the forum was cancelled in July 2018, and there was no charge.  Have you perhaps taken another trial with a different Adobe ID?  Please provide the order number so we can have this checked.
