Cancel Adobe Stock

Hi there

 

I need to cancel my adobe stock subscription. 

 

I saw on the website there is a button to "cancel Plan" on the plan where you can manage the payment method, except that button is just not there, ergo you can't cancel it.

 

Anyone can help me with that? It's not a great service honestly to have a support page that does not reflect (at least now) the way the account page really is like.

There may be reasons for the cancel option not being there. One is if you have a payement issue. If there is a payement issue you can't self cancel.
