Cancel Adobe Stock

I tried following this:  Cancel your Adobe Stock membership  however there is no option to cancel my plan under Plan Details:

I used one photo of the 10 free stock images but was unable to cancel in time because I don't see a clear way to cancel or contact support and I've been charged $30. Is there any way to cancel this plan and be refunded? Thank you.
