Cancel Adobe Stock trial subscription

Question

I have tried to cancel my Adobe stock trial subsription before expiry but did not succeed with instructions given on Adobe website. Therefore I sent an e-mail to trials@adobe.com asking to cancel my subscription before the trial period ends. Nothing happened, expiry date has passed and now I'm being charged for service I don't need. I don't want to pay for the service because I did my best to cancel before end of trial period and also informed Adobe about the problems in cancelling from website before the trial expired. How can I end the trial and avoid the cancellation fee?

I do not know about this e-mail! I know however, that you may cancel via https://account.adobe.com, which is the url to your personal account.
