Cancel Difficulties

Over one whole year ago, I tried to cancel my Adobe stock, but it wasn't working. So I called Adobe Services and they said they would cancel it for me. They gave me a 40 dollar refund, then immediately charged me $59! They DIDN'T even cancel my subscrirption and I've been getting charges of 29.99 each month for over a YEAR. I've added it up and that's over 500 dollars!!! I didn't notice because I have a different adobe account that I actually use. I am SO frustrated. Adobe doesn't answer the phone, and I have nobody to email. I need answers and my money back ASAP - already have a legal team at my disposal - whoever answered the phone at Adobe and didn't cancel my subscription.... yikes. If an Adobe employee sees this, contact me ASAP. I will be satisfied once I get my money back.
