Please cancel my stock account. I had not selected for it and it is ridiculous that you would charge for it without my permission.

You DID select it and by doing so, gave Adobe permission to charge you.Adobe does not assign subscriptions to users without their permission.

Hi,

hopefully the adobe Customer Care Support (see links from Abambo) will help you. We can only help if you have questions about Quality Issues as a Contributor when Uploading Photos, other problems inside, etc. but for Questions around your Account you have to go directly to Adobe. Hope that helps.

regards,Henrik

Hm, you probably took a different plan and ticked that tempting 30-day-free-stock-trial to be added. The terms state, that if you do not cancel before the end, you'll have an annual stock subscription.

Contact Adobe customer care an check what they can do for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Kindly note that phone charges may apply.

For support via Twitter:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
