Cancel my subscription

I signed up one month ago for the a subscription but some days ago I have decided that it's not what I need. My month is up today, I tried to cancel my plan yesterday but was impossible by the web. I am trying to speak to someone using live chat here in Spain yesterday but I have waited for 20 minutes and there is no one there. Today is closed the chat here in Spain. Is there an email I can use to cancel?
