Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription to adobe. I would like to avoid paying early cancellation fee since it is very expensive for me. Is there any way to cancel without paying the additional amount. Please help!

If you cancel the last month of your subscription, you won't have an early cancellation fee. The fee is half of the remaining due for your subscription, so it will be cheaper for you to cancel now and pay the fee than to continue paying the subscription if you do not use it.

If you cancel, you will lose access to all unused credits.

If you haven't used the subscription at all, you should contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If in doubt, ask the forum.
